Nikuman: One of the attractions of Yokohama Chinatown (and Yoyogi Park)

It is called a pork bun in English, because usually it contains pork, the favorite meat of Chinese people. You can also see あんまん with くるみ, which means “a bun with bean-jam filling and walnuts”.Nikumanまん is a hiragana spelling of 饅, the first part of “manjūkanji.
